I-N Information Systems was established in 1979 and has long provided various database services covering corporate information, economic and industrial statistics, and finance information (including “eol”, “Accel”, and “Funding View”), playing a vital role in supporting Japan’s capital markets. By combining the extensive data assets and broad customer base accumulated by I-N Information Systems and the PRONEXUS Group with the Company’s AI technology and expertise in alternative data utilization, we are confident in our ability to offer customers next-generation database services with greater multi-faceted perspectives and higher added value. Furthermore, we intend to actively contribute to the advancement of AI and DX initiatives across the entire group by leveraging the Company’s knowledge and expertise.

aiQ will continue to operate under its current management structure as an independent business entity following this share acquisition. As a member of I-N Information Systems and the PRONEXUS Group, we are committed to maximizing synergies by leveraging mutual knowledge and customer bases, and to delivering even greater value to our customers.
